How MostMailer handles your data.

Account data

We process information you provide when creating and managing your account, such as name, email address, workspace details, team members, plan status, and support requests.

Campaign data

We process leads, templates, connected sender settings, warmup state, campaign status, replies, and analytics so the platform can create, send, track, and report on outreach.

Billing and providers

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. System emails may be sent through configured mail providers. Provider data is used only to deliver the requested platform functionality.

Security and retention

We use access controls, authentication, HTTPS, and operational safeguards to protect account data. Data is retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and support account recovery.
