These terms summarize the basic responsibilities for using MostMailer safely, legally, and respectfully for outbound email workflows.
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, connected email accounts, leads, templates, campaign activity, and team member access.
You must not use MostMailer for spam, abuse, illegal content, deceptive outreach, unauthorized scraping, malware, phishing, harassment, or activity that violates provider policies.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in Stripe or your account.
AI-generated content should be reviewed before sending. You remain responsible for campaign copy, claims, personalization, compliance, and the recipients you contact.
MostMailer provides tools for outreach automation, warmup, templates, analytics, and inbox tracking. You are responsible for following the email, privacy, anti-spam, and consent rules that apply to your audience and region.
